Rental Rate
Low season
- Jan 1 to June 28 700 CND weekly
- Sept 6 to Dec 31
High season
- June 28 to Sept 6 1250 CND weekly
Weekly rentals start from Saturday at 3:00 pm to the following Saturday at 11:30 am.
Weekend or partial week rentals are not available.
Payment Information
- All payments are to be made payable in Canadian Funds by cash, personal cheque, certified cheque, money order, or by International Canadian Money Order if out of Canada.
- Bookings shall be confirmed in writing on approval of application and on receipt of a 30% deposit. The balance shall be due and payable 30 days prior to the first day of the rental period. If the Renter books a cottage and the application is approved and there is less than 30 days before the commencement of the vacation, the total payment is due.
Cancelation Policy
- Any cancellation must be made by the Renter(s) in writing 30 days from the beginning of the cottage occupancy date.
- If the Owner is successful in re-booking the accommodation for the entire period booked, he/she shall refund to the Client all monies paid less a cancellation fee of $50 per cancelled week or part thereof.
Damage and Security Deposit
- The Renter(s) is responsible for damage to the Cottage (inside and outside).
- The Renter(s) will provide a security deposit of $300 (Canadian) in case of damage and incidental charges. The Renter’s liability is not limited to the security deposit, but shall be equal to the actual cost of repairing any damages, however caused by himself/herself or any other occupants, guests, visitors or family members at the Cottage.
- Refund of security deposit will be returned within 2 weeks after check-out day, upon satisfactory inspection of the property.
